First Western Trust in Colorado is seeking a service-driven professional for a full-time private banking/teller role. You will handle cash, deposits, transfers, and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and exceptional client experiences.

You’ll support front desk operations, onboarding of new deposit accounts, and use online banking tools. Notary certification is required within 90 days, and the team collaborates across Operations, Compliance, and Security to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience preferred
• 0–3 years of client-facing banking experience required
• Notary public certification required within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Perform teller functions, including cash handling, deposits, account transactions, and end-of-day processing.
• Process transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with daily service requests, including check orders, statement copies, debit card disputes, account maintenance, and other banking needs.
• Manage front desk and administrative responsibilities, including greeting clients, opening and closing the office, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and supporting meeting preparation.
• Provide assistance with online banking services and digital banking tools.
• Open new consumer deposit accounts, obtain bonus rate approvals when required, establish new products and services for existing clients, and complete client onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with team members across Operations, Compliance, and Security to support client needs and business objectives.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on First Western’s consumer banking products and services.
• Maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
