Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Treasury and Securities Operations Analyst in Miami, FL to support back-office operations, including securities trade processing, FX and money market transactions, cash management and funding, and reconciliations.

The role requires banking operations experience, knowledge of equities, fixed income, and derivatives, and bilingual English/Spanish; college degree preferred; strong Excel skills expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations and knowledge of equities, bonds, mutual funds and derivatives.
• Ability to process securities trades and understand FX/money markets.
• Reconciliation and GL/journal entry experience; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury and Securities back-office operations including securities trade processing.
• Handle FX and money market transactions, cash management and funding.
• Perform reconciliations, postings to GL, and related accounting entries.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Treasury and Securities Operations Analyst for a permanent role in Miami, FL. Summary: This role will support Treasury and Securities back-office operations, including securities trade processing, FX and money market transactions, cash management and funding, payments, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have banking operations experience and knowledge of equities, bonds, mutual funds, options, interest rate swaps, FX, SWIFT/Fedwire payments, and cash/custody account reconciliations
• Treasury and/or securities operations experience
• Securities trade processing experience
• FX and money market knowledge
• Reconciliation and GL/journal entry experience
• Strong Microsoft Office, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• College degree preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
