Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking an experienced, bilingual Private Banking Associate to support international private banking clients in Aventura, FL. This role focuses on delivering personalized client service, coordinating account openings and transactions, and ensuring KYC documentation is complete.

You will work with internal teams to support lending needs, review and monitor transactions, respond to inquiries, and help manage ROE models for loan requests.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of private banking experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to international private banking clients.
• Prepare and customize account opening documents based on client type, risk profile, and product requirements.
• Review and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Process client instructions and transactions accurately and promptly, coordinating with internal departments through completion.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with credit teams on new and existing loan requests, payoff requests, and loan-related inquiries.
• Prepare return-on-equity (ROE) models and support lending-related documentation.
• Monitor daily client transactions and evaluate unusual activity, potential fraud, or deviations from established instructions.
