Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients.
• Helps coordinate team members and other PNC partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Helps support the development and execution of a relationship management plan.
• Coordinates with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Has sufficient knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings.
• Ensures a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
• Helps support a book of business.
• Develops and executes strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank.
• Serves as a point of communication with existing clients and prospects to ensure expansion opportunities are captured.
• Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures.
• Works with risk partners to address client concerns and bring about quick resolution.
• Provides introductions to partner offerings as appropriate.
• Maintains timely, accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks.
• Executes team processes (pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews).
