Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Integration Engineer in Plano, TX to analyze, prepare, and execute integration and verification activities for network nodes and end-to-end solutions. You will ensure high-quality integrations, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of complex networks across RAN, transport, core, and cloud components.

The role requires strong data analytics, test automation, and scripting skills, with experience in CI pipelines and end-to-end system testing.

Qualifications

• Solid 4G/5G fundamentals including RAN, core, latency and throughput trade-offs.
• Experience with private 5G/EP5G architectures and enterprise IT/OT integration.
• Industrial IoT domain knowledge and use-case awareness.
• Strong test automation skills and scripting (Python, shell) and CI integration.
• End-to-end system test planning and execution experience.
• Security-minded testing aligned with secure-by-design principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design, topology, and requirements to define integration strategy and test scope for network nodes and end-to-end functions.
• Prepare and execute configuration, integration, and verification activities for deployments, upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases (integration, regression, performance) and analyze results.
• Support System Integration Test and Integration Test phases in projects.
• Collaborate with architects, network engineers, project managers, and operations teams.
• Contribute to MoPs, design inputs, and tooling improvements; automate repetitive tasks.
