Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in Plano, TX seeks an Integration / Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end testing of Private 5G, 4G/LTE, RAN, and 5G Core deployments. This onsite contract role focuses on system integration, test automation, troubleshooting, and performance validation across enterprise networks.

You will develop test plans, scripts in Python/Shell, and collaborate with engineers, program managers, and customers to ensure successful delivery of Private 5G solutions within

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of 4G/LTE, 5G NR, RAN, and 5G Core.
• Hands-on experience with system integration and testing.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience developing automated test cases and frameworks.
• End-to-end network integration and validation experience.
• Troubleshooting using logs, traces, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, test, validate, and troubleshoot telecom components.
• Develop and maintain Python/Shell automated test scripts and suites.
• Perform end-to-end validation across RAN, Core, and enterprise platforms.
• Analyze results and prepare reports and integration documentation.
