NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in Plano, TX is seeking a 5G Network Integration & Validation Engineer for a long-term contract. You will lead integration, validation and end-to-end testing of 4G/5G and Private 5G solutions across RAN, Core, cloud, and enterprise networks.

You will support deployments, upgrades, migrations and expansions while ensuring performance, security and customer acceptance. The role combines hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and automation across factory,

Qualifications

Deep understanding of 4G LTE and 5G architecture including RAN and Core.
Hands-on experience with network integration, validation, system testing, or verification.
Experience with Private 5G / enterprise 5G architecture and integration concepts.
Understanding of APN/DNN, network segmentation, QoS, device onboarding, and mobility.
Experience executing integration, regression, system, and performance testing.
Strong troubleshooting across RAN, Core, devices, apps and network infra.
Hands-on Python and/or Shell scripting for test automation.
Experience building or running automated test suites and CI pipelines.
Experience analyzing latency, throughput, reliability, coverage and network performance.
Ability to analyze logs, alarms, test results and network behavior to identify root causes.
Understanding of enterprise LAN, data center, security and IT/OT integration.
Experience creating test cases, evidence, documentation and acceptance reports.
Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills.
Candidate must not have been employed by Ericsson within the past 2 years.
