Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an Integration & Validation Engineer to join onsite in Plano, TX. You will drive end-to-end validation of 4G/5G networks, private 5G deployments, and related test automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include integrating, configuring, and validating wireless solutions, developing test plans, and automating verification workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and clear documentation of results.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 4G LTE/5G, RAN, Core Networks, and Private 5G.
• Experience with enterprise networking, cloud environments, and IT/OT integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, and Test Automation.
• Experience with end-to-end testing, performance testing, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IoT and industrial connectivity use cases such as smart factories, logistics, airports, and autonomous systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, configure, and validate wireless network solutions, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop and execute integration, regression, and performance test plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network integration issues.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance activities.
• Automate testing and validation processes using scripting and test frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Document configurations, test results, and implementation procedures.
