Summary:

We are looking for a Privacy Project Manager who will be working with cross-functional stakeholders, managing and improving workflows, identifying potential risks or issues, and determining when escalation is necessary. The individual will need to proactively engage partners, ramp up quickly on existing processes, and understand how different teams work together. They may also facilitate discussions and presentations by teeing up key topics and ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned, rather than solely running the conversations themselves.

• Strong process and program management skills, including the ability to build, manage, and improve workflows across complex, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of privacy principles, consent requirements, and the ability to understand obligations tied to consent orders and related processes.
• Strong issue-spotting and risk-identification skills, with the judgment to know when an issue can be resolved collaboratively versus when it needs to be escalated.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly working with a large variety of cross-functional partners.

Good to have skills:

• Legal or compliance exposure is helpful, but a law degree or formal legal background is not required.

Degree / Certifications:

• Bachelor's / master's in policy government / pre-law
• No law certification needed but should be interested
