Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Privacy Operations professional to own programs central to privacy at scale. You will drive end-to-end management of data subject requests, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance, ensuring regulatory readiness and auditable processes across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy program management and scaling cross-functional programs.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA and US privacy laws.
• Hands-on PIAs, DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and privacy workflows.
• Ability to translate complex privacy requirements into operational processes.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Team player with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end privacy programs like DSRs, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance.
• Improve processes and automate routine tasks using AI tooling.
• Create auditable privacy documentation including playbooks and response libraries.
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to handle user requests.
• Act as primary contact for privacy requests, routing via intake channels and Jira.
