Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Privacy Program Manager for Products & Services Privacy to drive privacy-by-design across the product lifecycle and align with global regulations.

You will partner with product, engineering, legal, security and data governance teams to embed governance, perform PIAs/DPIAs, and manage privacy initiatives that enable innovation while protecting data. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory interpretation skills to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with strong privacy knowledge.
• 5–8 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, data governance, or related area.
• Experience supporting software, cloud, or AI products in large organizations.
• Ability to interpret and operationalize privacy requirements across products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy programs across HP Products & Services to ensure global compliance.
• Serve as trusted privacy advisor for product, software, AI, cloud, and digital platforms.
• Conduct PIAs, DPIAs, AI risk assessments and related reviews to mitigate privacy risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, security, data governance, and compliance teams to embed privacy-by-design.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps and resources for privacy initiatives and regulatory readiness.
• Track progress, escalate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
