Lendistry seeks a Data Privacy Manager to lead enterprise privacy program governance, from policy to technical controls, across the organization and its subsidiaries. You’ll translate regulatory requirements into actionable, auditable measures, partner with Legal, Security, and Engineering, and drive privacy-by-design in product development and AI pipelines.

You will own risk assessments, data inventories, and vendor privacy diligence, ensuring compliance with CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, and state laws

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy, data protection, or a closely adjacent field with growing program ownership.
• Experience supporting SOC 2, GLBA Safeguards Rule, and U.S. state privacy laws.
• Ability to develop and maintain data inventories, data maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Experience embedding privacy into product development and AI/ML privacy pipelines.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, technical, and operational aspects of enterprise privacy across the organization.
• Lead privacy risk assessments, PIAs, and DPIAs with thorough documentation.
• Set privacy strategy and roadmap, reporting to executive leadership on posture and maturity.
• Embed privacy by design in product development, including AI/ML privacy guardrails.
