Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an outstanding Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI) to join our growing Legal team. You will split your time across our privacy program and our developing AI governance program, partnering with our Privacy Program Manager, Privacy and AI Counsels, and teams across the business to maintain our privacy commitments and build responsible AI practices.

You will lead initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, coordinate risk assessments and audits, and help solve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in legal project/program management with a focus on privacy and/or AI governance.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the privacy program in collaboration with Legal, Product, and Engineering.
• Help stand up and operate the AI governance program with processes and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and vendor privacy assessments.
• Own strategic legal initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
