Job summary

HushOne, Inc. is seeking a кад for building reliable, privacy-preserving distributed services and fleets. You will implement health checks, updates, rollback and monitoring, while separating device health from user content and enabling controlled access that can be authorized and revoked.

In the first 90 days, you will establish a pilot fleet dashboard, staged rollout process and three reproducible failure drills, ensuring incidents are contained and prevented from recurring.

Qualifications

• Experience operating distributed services or connected devices in production.
• Ability to select service objectives and explain why those were chosen.
• Ability to contain incidents and address root cause to remove the class of problem.
• Ability to debug a fleet using aggregate signals without accessing private data.

Responsibilities

• Build health checks, progressive updates, rollback, resource monitoring and incident runbooks.
• Separate device health from content and design privacy-preserving access controls.
• Develop a pilot fleet dashboard, staged rollout process and reproducible failure drills.
