Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to strengthen privacy and security for the Devices and Services division. You will join the Trust and Privacy Platform team, building scalable tools and platforms that help raise the privacy bar for products across Amazon Devices and Services.

You will solve complex governance challenges and drive automation at scale. The role emphasizes collaboration, high-impact design, and a fast-paced, customer-centric engineering culture.

Qualifications

Experience solving basic problems by writing code or scripts with some assistance.
Knowledge of databases, storage and big data concepts.
Experience with web protocols and common security attacks and remediation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products to market.
Design and build technologies in a large distributed computing environment and lead fundamental changes.
Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems at scale.
Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable and fault-tolerant.
Design and code right solutions starting from defined problems.
Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
