Job summary

Publicis Production in Chicago is seeking a Data Privacy Steward to support the data privacy program within the Global Data Privacy Office. You will coordinate across Client Services, Practice teams, and Finance, handling DSARs, DPIAs, and vendor due diligence with a metrics-driven approach.

This Senior Associate role requires 2–3 years in program management, data privacy, or related areas, along with strong collaboration and communication skills to drive privacy across the agency.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of fundamental data privacy concepts and familiarity with key global privacy legislation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and tools.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in program management, data privacy, security, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Support program and privacy operations by coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
• Manage DSAR processes, data subject rights requests, and related reporting.
• Maintain DPIA workflows and assist with privacy reviews for new products.
• Coordinate vendor due diligence and ensure security reviews where needed.
• Assist in privacy training and awareness initiatives.
