Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Data Privacy Steward to support the Global Data Privacy Office program activities. You will coordinate privacy tasks across Client Services, Practice teams, and Finance, reporting to the VP of Data Privacy Operations.

The role emphasizes governance, DPIAs, and privacy-by-design practices, with collaboration across GDPOps, GDPO, GSO, and business teams to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of fundamental data privacy concepts and familiarity with key global privacy legislation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and tools.
• Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Clear communicator who can support both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Program Support: Ensure Data Privacy Steward appointment is announced and serve as primary privacy contact.
• Client/Business Support: Respond promptly to privacy inquiries and coordinate resolution of client concerns.
• Data Inventory: Maintain client/services roster and train respondents on privacy processes.
• Vendor Due Diligence: Maintain vendor list and coordinate security reviews with GSO/GDPOps.
