Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Privacy Manager in the U.S. to oversee privacy programs across the organization. The role collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams, manages PIAs, RoPAs, vendor risk, and privacy platforms to ensure compliance with US privacy laws and related regulations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of privacy experience, a BA and preferably a JD, with strong communication and project management skills. Boston-based with minimal travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• 7+ years privacy experience for BA track, or 6+ years with JD.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. privacy laws; GDPR/Canada a plus.
• AI literacy and use of privacy tech to enhance operations.
• Experience with PIAs, RoPAs, and vendor risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day privacy program operations and training.
• Lead PIAs, RoPAs, and vendor risk assessments.
• Review PIAs for risks and privacy by design.
• Maintain RoPAs and data maps with accuracy.
• Oversee privacy risk assessments for third parties.
• Develop workflows for privacy assessments and RoPAs.
• Maintain privacy intranet and guidance documents.
• Manage privacy platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and optimize.
• Develop metrics to track privacy program effectiveness.
• Contribute to internal US Privacy Network initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
