Location
Duties

Co-lead the U.S. legal practice, working directly with the Managing Director – Americas

Provide strategic and technical legal counsel to technology-driven businesses and investors

Advise on corporate transactions, M&A, venture capital, debt financing, regulatory matters, and commercial agreements

Serve as external General Counsel for select clients, advising on corporate governance, capital raises, and HR structuring

Manage key client relationships and drive client satisfaction

Develop new business opportunities through networking and active participation in the startup ecosystem

Mentor and lead a team of attorneys across key legal practice areas: Corporate, Commercial, IP, Cyber & Data Privacy, Litigation, and Financing

Innovate solutions to complex legal and business problems, often involving emerging technologies

Foster collaboration across international offices (APAC and EMEA)

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a U.S.-licensed attorney

Broad legal generalist with deep expertise in Corporate, Commercial, Cyber & Data Privacy, IP, or Financing

Proven track record of managing complex matters and client relationships

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results

Strong professional network and active engagement in the tech or startup community

Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and collaborating globally

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (required)

Dual qualification in another jurisdiction (preferred but not required)
