Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Privacy Legal Counsel in the United States, Nevada, to safeguard privacy and data protection across gaming products. You will embed privacy by design in product development, advise on new features with player data, and guide DPIAs while tracking evolving US/EU/UK regulations.

Strong US legal credentials and privacy expertise are required to shape compliant, innovative experiences for players worldwide.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in the US with 3+ years PQE (or equivalent).
Strong foundation in privacy and data protection law (CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR).
Experience advising on consumer-facing digital products or platforms and embedding legal advice into product development.

Responsibilities

Provide embedded legal support to product and engineering on privacy-by-design across the game lifecycle.
Advise on development and launch of features involving player data, personalization, and online services.
Conduct and guide Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments.
Draft and negotiate data protection clauses and DPAs; manage cross-border transfer mechanisms.
Monitor US/EU/UK regulatory developments and counsel on compliance.
