Qualifications

• Qualified US lawyer with 3+ years PQE in privacy/data protection.
• Experience advising on consumer digital products, privacy-by-design.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into product guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded privacy support to product/engineering teams.
• Advise on DPIAs, risk assessments, and data-sharing agreements.
• Interpret GDPR/CCPA and other privacy laws for product features.
• Guide teams on data use, personalization, and monetization within regulatory constraints.
• Monitor evolving US/EU/UK privacy developments and propose compliance updates.
• Draft DPAs, data transfer mechanisms, and cross-border data sharing clauses.
• Collaborate with GIS, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
