Aristocrat is seeking a Privacy Legal Counsel to ensure top privacy and data protection standards across our gaming products. You’ll support product development with embedded legal guidance and help navigate US and international privacy regulations, including GDPR and COPPA, while aligning with business objectives and player experiences.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement privacy-by-design, assess DPIAs, and monitor regulatory changes affecting data

Qualifikationen

• Qualified US lawyer with 3+ years PQE.
• Strong foundation in privacy and data protection law (CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, GDPR).
• Experience advising on consumer-facing digital products or platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide embedded legal support to product and engineering on privacy-by-design principles.
• Advise on development of features involving player data, personalization, live ops, and online services.
• Conduct DPIAs and risk assessments and translate regulatory requirements into practical product guidance.
• Guide adherence to GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, and relevant privacy laws.
• Interpret regulatory developments into actionable protections for users and data sharing.
