Zusammenfassung

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Privacy Legal Counsel to ensure our gaming products meet top privacy and data protection standards. You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design features, advise on data use in live games, and guide DPIAs and regulatory changes across US and international regimes.

The role calls for a US-qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE and strong knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA, and related laws.

Qualifikationen

US-qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE and privacy focus
Strong privacy/data protection law knowledge (CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Experience advising consumer-facing digital products or platforms
Ability to integrate legal advice into product development processes

Aufgaben

Provide embedded legal support to product and engineering teams on privacy-by-design principles
Advise on features involving player data, personalization, live ops, and online services
Conduct and guide DPIAs and risk assessments
Interpret regulatory requirements for practical product guidance
Monitor US/EU/UK developments (DSA, AI rules, children’s data) and advise on data use in free-to-play models
Draft and negotiate DPAs and cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs, UK IDTA)
