Qualifications

• 2-4 years handling privacy and technology matters as described.
• Familiarity with global privacy laws and regulations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, Law 25, LGPD, GDPR, GLBA).
• Ability to translate technical, legal, and regulatory requirements into engineering and operational execution.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, marketing, legal, cybersecurity, data governance and privacy teams to implement privacy best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy engineering and communicate privacy solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop privacy controls and features, including policies and standards, as required by privacy laws and regulations.
• Influence strategy related to marketing and ad tech solutions, including privacy-enhancing technologies and cookie management and compliance.
• Manage multiple privacy projects simultaneously with urgency.
• Conduct operational deep dives on privacy-related processes and systems and engineer scalable solutions.
