The Privacy Governance Senior Manager at Cox Automotive leads the privacy engineering and compliance program, guiding a team responsible for consent management, cookie governance, and privacy library maintenance. You will align technical privacy practices with evolving regulations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of privacy/compliance experience.
• Experience leading privacy engineering teams and privacy program governance.
• Knowledge of US state privacy regulations and consent technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of privacy engineers across cookie categorization and CMP operations.
• Oversee privacy tech stack, CMPs, tag management, and cookie scanning.
• Partner with legal, data strategy, engineering, and product teams.
• Drive onboarding of brands and acquisitions into centralized privacy program.
• Translate privacy concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of standards.
