Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a senior privacy and data governance leader in Jersey City to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls across engineering, data, platform and business teams. You will own enterprise data mapping, inventories, data flow analysis and drive privacy workflows with counsel collaboration.

You will partner with privacy and security tooling, including OneTrust, and manage control initiatives spanning PCI and SOX while guiding cross-functional teams to reduce risk

Responsibilities

• Own data mapping, inventories, and data flow analysis.
• Translate governance requirements into technical/control tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, platform, security, and legal teams.
• Identify and mitigate privacy, data protection, and governance risks.
• Lead privacy sessions and coordinate with counsel; track actions.
• Drive privacy workflows, consent management, and data retention enforcement.
• Oversee data discovery, classification, and inventory efforts.
• Act as privacy, risk and control voice in architecture reviews.
• Design and operate controls supporting privacy, PCI and SOX.
• Manage control-related initiatives with milestones and evidence.
• Integrate privacy tooling (OneTrust, DSAR platforms) into workflows.
