DeleteMe is seeking a Privacy Advisor to help protect our members’ privacy by auditing personal data, processing removal requests, and communicating outcomes across a wide range of online sources.

You will maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive operational improvements, and contribute to refining playbooks and tooling.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support.
• Ability to execute at scale with high-volume data handling and ticketing.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain complex issues simply.
• Proficiency with G Suite tools and Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Passion for learning and quickly grasping new processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Protect DeleteMe members’ privacy by finding and removing personal information across online sources.
• Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial data sites to ensure successful removals.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems.
• Identify patterns and provide actionable feedback to Team Leads and Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive operational improvements.
• Support data removal requests and refine internal SOPs and tooling.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes across the privacy advisor workflow.
