Qualificações

• Five or more years of experience in data privacy, governance, or security.
• Experience implementing enterprise privacy or security technologies.
• Experience conducting privacy assessments and translating regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Experience supporting AI governance initiatives.
• Experience implementing DLP or information protection solutions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data privacy controls across structured and unstructured data environments.
• Embed Privacy by Design principles into applications, cloud solutions, data platforms, and AI initiatives.
• Develop technical standards for protecting PII, SPI, payment information, and operational data.
• Design and implement Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) including data masking, tokenization, encryption, pseudonymization, and anonymization.
• Support enterprise data governance by documenting privacy requirements throughout the data lifecycle.
• Assist in developing privacy metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy risk assessments.
• Perform data flow mapping and partner with cybersecurity on threat modeling and risk analyses.
• Recommend technical and administrative safeguards to mitigate privacy risks.
• Support third-party privacy reviews and vendor risk assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement privacy controls for AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify privacy implications and safeguards.
