Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

Responsibilities include managing case activities, researching issues, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel. Strong credentials and FCRA privacy experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Experience with privacy-related statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act is a plus.
