Job summary

BCG Attorneys Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join the Chicago, IL team. The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, or federal court litigation.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day case activities, leading fact investigations, researching issues, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state of residence.
