Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join a Wilmington, DE team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

Duties include managing day-to-day case activities, drafting pleadings, researching issues, conducting depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with privacy-related statutes is a plus.
• Bar admission in the state of residence.
