Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate for its New York City office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day case activities, researching issues, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy statutes a plus.
• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision.
• Confidently manage workflow for larger projects.
• Good standing in the state of residence.
