Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate for their Miami, FL team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

The role involves managing day-to-day case activities, researching issues, drafting pleadings, defending depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Must be in good standing in the state of residence.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join their team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in privacy, cyber, consumer-focused, or class action litigation, and/or federal court litigation.

Duties

Requirements

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.


• Strong analytical and communication skills.


• Comfortable managing client relationships.


• Federal clerkship experience preferred.


• Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is a plus.


• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and manage workflow for larger projects.


• Must be in good standing in the state of residence.
