Job summary

Pluralsight, LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to support Privacy, Product and Marketing compliance, SaaS contracts, IP and AI matters. You will advise across GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act, and data governance, while coordinating with the Chief AI, Privacy and Digital Risk Counsel and outside counsel.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating major agreements, maintaining privacy notices and DPIAs, and guiding product teams on AI and marketing legal issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of substantive legal experience in a corporate setting or law firm.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar membership in good standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support privacy, data security, AI, marketing, and IP compliance for Pluralsight.
• Review and negotiate SaaS contracts, DPAs, and NDAs.
• Provide guidance on EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and related regulations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on policy and training.
• Support ISO/SOC audits and regulatory reviews.
