Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meeting with incarcerated individuals remotely and in person to address concerns.
• Visiting facilities to monitor and document the conditions of confinement.
• Reviewing records to understand concerns and prepare for litigation.
• Assisting with parole violation hearings and litigation related to confinement conditions.
• Developing relationships with DOC staff to facilitate resolution of concerns.
• Becoming familiar with DOC policies to advise incarcerated individuals on addressing concerns.
