Job summary

The navigator provides counseling, admissions guidance, and collaboration with campus assessment, advising, and outreach teams to promote reentry success and post‑carceral outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, human relations, psychology, or related field.
• Associate’s degree plus three (3) or more years of experience in Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist justice‑involved individuals with career development activities.
• Collaborate with College Assessment & Testing Services for advising and test score interpretation.
• Provide advising services through presentations, workshops, and individual meetings.
• Recruit students and explain program requirements to potential students and families.
• Maintain records and program data; analyze outcomes and trends.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, human relations, psychology, or other related field

Associate’s degree + 3+ years of experience in Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field
