• Proficient computer skills and electronic case management are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site academic and student support to incarcerated students and faculty.
• Coordinate recruiting, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, transfer, career, and re-entry processes.
• Maintain on-site office hours two days per week inside a facility.
• Assist the Financial Aid Office with reporting and records.
• Develop educational materials, training manuals, and online content.
• Foster relationships with correctional administration and local organizations.
