Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Junior Prisma Engineer to support a California-based firewall migration, migrating from legacy firewalls to Palo Alto Prisma, with hands-on Prisma experience and strong networking skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional services or consulting in enterprise network security.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma solutions.
• Strong firewall configuration and migration experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and BGP routing.
• Experience with legacy firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Symantec, or Check Point).
• Experience using Wireshark for troubleshooting and packet analysis.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Excellent communication for remote client engagement.

Piper Companies is seeking a Junior Prisma Engineer to support a large-scale firewall migration initiative for a California-based client. This role will focus on migrating legacy firewall environments to Palo Alto Prisma solutions while providing troubleshooting and operational support throughout the transition. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Prisma experience, strong network configuration skills, and experience working with at least one legacy firewall platform.
