Job summary

83zero seeks an experienced Prisma Access Extended Expertise Consultant (EEC) for a major enterprise SASE programme in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will be hands-on, implementing, optimizing, operating and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions for large-scale deployments in customer environments.

The role requires acting as a technical authority on engagements, working across complex networking and security domains to support migration, incident resolution and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Prisma Access experience including Remote Networks and Mobile Users.
• Experience implementing SSL Decryption and DLP.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama.
• Experience with GlobalProtect and enterprise remote-access technologies.
• Familiarity with IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Explicit Proxy and ZTNA.
• Proficiency in routing (BGP, static routing, traffic steering, PBF).
• Experience with authentication (SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, 2FA, certificates).
• Experience with Okta, AD and Azure ADFS.
• Prisma SD-WAN experience is a plus.
• Customer-facing Professional Services/consulting background.

83zero is recruiting for an experienced Prisma Access Extended Expertise Consultant (EEC) to join a major enterprise SASE programme based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is a highly technical, hands-on consulting role focused on large-scale Prisma Access deployments.

You will work directly within enterprise customer environments to implement, optimise, operate and troubleshoot complex Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions.

We are looking for someone who can operate as a technical authority on customer engagements, working across complex networking and security environments and supporting implementation, migration, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.

Key Experience

• Strong hands-on Prisma Access experience, including Remote Networks and Mobile Users
• Experience implementing SSL Decryption and DLP
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama
• GlobalProtect and enterprise remote-access technologies
• IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Explicit Proxy and ZTNA
• Strong routing knowledge, including BGP, static routing, traffic steering and PBF
• Authentication technologies including SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, 2FA and certificates
• Experience with Okta, Active Directory and Azure ADFS
• Prisma SD-WAN / CloudGenix experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong troubleshooting experience across networking, routing, IP, NAT and IPsec
• Previous customer-facing Professional Services / consulting experience

The consultant will support customers migrating from legacy remote-access technologies, configure security policies and advanced Palo Alto Networks functionality, troubleshoot complex incidents and work directly with customer security and networking teams.
