Beacon Hill seeks a Network Engineer III with strong Prisma Access expertise for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. You will troubleshoot VPN connectivity, manage security policies, and support GlobalProtect users while administering Palo Alto firewalls. Experience with Prisma Access, Prisma Browser, and Strata Cloud Manager is required.

Palo Alto Prisma Access Network Engineer III

Charlotte, NC (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

We are seeking a Network Engineer with strong experience supporting Palo Alto Prisma Access environments in a large enterprise setting. This role will focus on troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues, managing security policies, supporting GlobalProtect users, and administering Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Prisma Access, Prisma Browser, Strata Cloud Manager, and core networking technologies including DNS, IPv4/IPv6, firewalls, and VPNs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team working on long-term enterprise initiatives with strong extension potential. Candidates should be strong problem solvers, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
