Job summary

83zero seeks an experienced Prisma Access Extended Expertise Consultant (EEC) for a major enterprise SASE programme in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will be hands-on, implementing, optimizing, operating and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions for large-scale deployments in customer environments.

The role requires acting as a technical authority on engagements, working across complex networking and security domains to support migration, incident resolution and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Prisma Access experience including Remote Networks and Mobile Users.
• Experience implementing SSL Decryption and DLP.
• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama.
• Experience with GlobalProtect and enterprise remote-access technologies.
• Familiarity with IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Explicit Proxy and ZTNA.
• Proficiency in routing (BGP, static routing, traffic steering, PBF).
• Experience with authentication (SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, 2FA, certificates).
• Experience with Okta, AD and Azure ADFS.
• Prisma SD-WAN experience is a plus.
• Customer-facing Professional Services/consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, operate and troubleshoot large-scale Prisma Access deployments.
• Act as technical authority across complex networking and security environments.
• Support migrations, troubleshooting and ongoing optimization for customers.
• Collaborate with customer security and networking teams to resolve incidents.
