Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise in Cleveland is seeking a Priority Responder to promote and sell franchise services within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will grow the commercial customer base using a structured business development process and SERVPRO marketing materials to market and sell SERVPRO services.

The role requires self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise others and multitask.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Progressively responsible B2B sales experience.
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing.
• Superb sales, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business and financial background and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/mitigation, construction, or insurance is desirable.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle.
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles and discuss event preparedness benefits.
• Build commercial relationships and educate clients on SERVPRO advantages.
• Provide clear estimates and communicate scope of services.
• Monitor activity to generate new business opportunities.
• Attend and promote marketing, networking, and training events.
• Coordinate one-on-one meetings with commercial COIs to drive referrals.
• Maintain revenue growth across the territory.
• Participate in mandatory on-call rotation.

Job Description

Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop commercial customer base by utilizing a systematic business development process to identify new commercial prospects and cultivate relationships using marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators, Emergency Ready Plan, National sponsorships, and others to market and sell SERVPRO® Services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned commercial contact lists, participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
• Build commercial customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
• Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
• Monitor loss activity and priority responding to generate work from these opportunities
• Attend, coordinate, and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events
• Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
• Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with commercial COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
• Mandatory On Call Rotation for After Hour Calls

Qualifications

• Self driven and motivated
• Progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience desired
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility is desired.
• IICRC Certifications are desired
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and mitigation, construction, or insurance industry is desired
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Valid Driver's License
