Hy-Vee in Omaha, NE seeks a Grant Specialist Authorization Management to join Amber Pharmacy operations. Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST, in person. Wage: $19–$20 per hour. You will support PAPs, prior authorizations, and appeals to ensure timely patient access to medications.

Successful candidates will handle denials, collaborate with providers and health plans, and maintain accurate records in the EMR. UPS and other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualificações

• HIPAA trained and able to protect patient information.
• Six months or less of similar work experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance and pharmacy billing.
• Experience with PAP/PA and co-pay cards preferred.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient PAP applications and co-pay cards.
• Research PAPs and manage denials and appeals.
• Coordinate with prescribers, payers, and patients on prior authorizations.
• Maintain PAP grant tracking and reporting.
• Document processes in the EMR.
