Job summary

Steno in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Printing & Production Support team member to manage the physical workflow: printing, binding, mailing transcripts, and keeping supplies stocked.

You will scan and upload exhibits, file documents online, and handle data entry, supporting a remote team that relies on you. Local to our Downtown LA office, you should be prepared to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office experience required.
• Must be local to Downtown Los Angeles office.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Proficient with Mac and PC; Google Drive experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the physical workflow: print, bind, and mail transcripts with precision.
• Scan and upload exhibits for the Production team; file documents online.
• Handle data entry so each job is tracked and accounted for.
