Job summary

Steno is seeking a Printing Assistant for our Downtown Los Angeles office. This full-time, in-person role is hourly with benefits, PTO, flexible schedule, and equity opportunities. You will own the physical workflow—printing, binding, scanning, shipping—and support the Production team.

You must be local to Downtown LA, able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 35 lbs. Proficiency on Mac and PC and familiarity with Google Drive are a plus as you assist across teams in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office experience.
• Hospitable and able to communicate clearly with the Production team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the physical workflow: printing, binding, and mailing transcripts with precision.
• Scan and upload exhibits for the Production team.
• File documents in online systems and handle data entry so every job is tracked.
• Assist with printing requests from other teams and be a reliable go-to for a remote team.
• Handle PDF files with care and maintain document accuracy.
