Qualifications

• 15+ years in flexographic and digital printing operations.
• Strong knowledge of UV and water-based ink systems.
• Experience manufacturing pressure-sensitive labels or related printed products.
• Hands-on equipment/process troubleshooting experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to train, mentor, and provide technical direction to production employees.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands on technical support and troubleshooting across manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Oversee equipment changeovers, production quality, and operating speeds to maximize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop production employees on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Evaluate production issues, make quality-related decisions, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new equipment and process setups to ensure established production standards are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, quality standards, and operating procedures.
