Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience.
• Ability to perform quality checks and interpret results.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software.
• Math, measurement, and reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform climbing, crouching, and reaching tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of press operation including setup, changeovers, startup, operation, and shutdown.
• Operate printing press equipment safely while meeting customer specs.
• Support continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing initiatives.
• Complete production, quality, and job documentation accurately.
• Train Press Assistants and support their development.
• Participate in 5S, WCM, and cross-training initiatives.
• Ensure product safety and quality requirements.
