ProAmpac Cincinnati facility is hiring for a flexographic press operator on a 12-hour night shift (8pm–8am). The role requires two years of flexographic printing experience, strong time management, and the ability to maintain color accuracy and registration while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year flexographic printing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8pm–8am).
• Must lift 40 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate press to ensure color accuracy and registration.
• Review job jackets, specs, and customer requirements.
• Set up press with dies, inks, materials, and plates.
• Maintain inks, colors, and registration to meet specs.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and ISO/AIB compliance.
