You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (12-hour nights with overtime) and may train on day shift; benefits start day one including healthcare, 401(k) and profit sharing.

The role emphasizes GMP/GFSI compliance and strict safety standards. If you’re reliable, can read English, perform basic math, and are comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs,

Qualifications

• Good work history
• Able to read and speak English
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• Willing to work Sundays, overtime and holidays
• Reliable attendance
• Must not be sensitive to inks, solvents or powder
• Able to perform tasks with both hands and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Operate printing press or e-beam treater safely and efficiently.
• Wear required PPE
• Maintain product quality; perform required quality tests
• Troubleshoot and repair machines to maximize run time
• Notify supervisor when machine is down due to mechanical or quality issues
• Report unsafe operating conditions to supervisor
• Follow work instructions, GMPs and GFSIs
• Follow cleaning schedules to keep area neat
• Relieve other machines for breaks
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned
