Job summary

REDWALL in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Press Operator to support our fast-paced printing line. You will set up presses, load substrates, and ensure consistent color and print quality across runs, helping us meet production targets and quality standards.

Ideal candidates read and follow work orders, communicate with the crew, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. This is a full-time, first-shift role with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and write and understand work orders and instructions.
• Color identification ability required.
• Basic math and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Basic computer skills and light data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to communicate with crew and train others.

Responsibilities

• Set up press according to job specs and order requirements.
• Load substrates and materials for each job.
• Quality control to ensure printed product meets standards.
• Notify supervisor of any issues with color or equipment.
• Train Puller on QC and dryer procedures.
• Teardown press and prepare for next run.
• Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
